Spring Creek Super Sulphur Hatch

Yesterday the outlaws decided to get wet. We were all headed to Spring Creek, but Mike decided to go home (Oatka Creek – where he did pretty well at). Spring Creek is such an amazing challenge. A lot of times it more than I am interested in accepting.  Today was such a great day to try it. Andy and I headed over for what looked to be a busy stream but soon became desolate. As soon as we got into our spots we realized there was an amazing sulphur hatch happening. I have somewhat taken on the challenge of challenging myself to “figure” out Spring Creek. It’s a big challenge but this was a good start. Here is Andy’s “Lunker”! Between 14 -16 inches. And funny enough, I got one just about this size within minutes. Nice color. Til next time. J
